Its psychometric foundation is the Welch-Bristol Values Inventory, developed through Dr. Welch's doctoral research at the University of Bristol and validated across 10,000 respondents. Today, Becoming You Labs brings together nearly 30 mission-driven experts in behavioral science, psychometrics, product design, and economics.
